Men
Men play a strong role in leading Immanuel. They are part of everything we do from the mission fields to the children’s activities. The basic draw for men here is how they relate to other men. Only men can fully challenge, encourage and equip other men to become their best.
Men’s ministries include:
- Men’s Bible Fellowship class that meets every Sunday at 9 a.m. on The Landing.
- Men’s special activities, such as meals, workdays, outings, and conferences.
- Men’s Fraternity (a special series of meetings designed to take men through the training and encouragement needed to maintain a victorious lifestyle based on biblical manhood.)
- Men’s mission trips. These can include short and long distance journeys and are meant to match skills with need. As such, they might include construction, medical services, sports evangelism, and more.
- Men’s recreation. We have a facility that allows our men to play basketball, softball, soccer, flag football, and more. Sometimes men are in organized leagues but often can get involved in “pick-up games."
